About the event
Mental Health for Professional Success
Mental Health is gaining traction, more and more companies are offering support for their team members and often, we see encouraging words on social media telling people it's okay to get help if they need it. But what does that mean? When you are feeling unwell – what are the exact things that can “help?” Anna Nelson dives into the topic of mental health from a different lens, in her perspective, anyone with a mind (which is everyone!) should be focused on their mental health. During this presentation, Anna will discuss how managing her mental health has set her up for success, personally and professionally. Participants will take away tools to create their own plans to stay mentally healthy.
