About Our Speaker

Dr. Kirsten DesMarais, PT, DPT, OCS is the owner of Empower Ortho and Pelvic Health. She has over 10 years of physical therapy experience, is board-certified in orthopedics, and is also a birth doula. She takes a fitness-forward, whole-body approach to caring for each patient she treats. In addition, Kristin is an adjunct faculty for The College of  St. Scholastica in the tDPT program.

MEAL SERVICE: Our venue allows us to bring in outside food, so we invite you to BYOL - Bring Your Own Lunch! Coffee and water will be available. If desired, you may bring your own food and beverage, such as a bagged lunch or take-out meal. Dessert will be provided for all by our January Dessert Sponsor, Northland Pilates.
