Energy Envy! Where it comes from or where it all goes.

We all want more energy. If we just had more energy to keep up with kids, be in two places at once, actually want to move after work, go out with friends, etc.  They say we are just getting older and won't have as much energy. That's false - we just have a different kind of energy, and we need to figure out how to find it and how to use it. We've learned that energy and health go hand in hand. So we need to get a little healthier, and the energy will follow. Not necessarily- our speaker will teach us that the proper diet or exercise plan is not the most important first step. There is something else that needs our attention first. We will go over two main steps to more energy, where/how to start and how to stay consistent. Understanding these areas and making conscious choices can boost your energy and bid farewell to constant fatigue. You'll leave the event with actionable habits to immediately implement to reclaim your energy throughout the day. 

About Our Speaker

Meg Blum is the owner of Coach Meg Training, where she does intro to skating clinics for young kids, dryland training for youth hockey players, and energy excess training for adults. Previously, Meg owned a fitness business for moms in all stages of motherhood and worked with women struggling with fertility prior to that. Meg has been in the wellness industry since 2007 and holds a degree in Exercise Science, as well as being a certified Health Coach & Fitness Instructor.  Outside of her business and full-time Digital Health Coaching job, Meg coaches three levels of hockey and would stay on a paddle board year-round if it was an option.

We are proud to partner with the newly named Firefly Cafe (formerly Individual Nutrition) to offer boxed lunches at our meeting. When registering for each event, you can add on a meal of your choice and it will be waiting for you at the meeting. **Be sure to note any dietary restrictions or requests on the ticket registration page.

If desired, you may bring your own food and beverage, such as a bagged lunch or take-out meal. Dessert will be provided for all by our September Dessert Sponsor, Lifestyle Consulting Services.

PRIZE DRAWINGS: While we never ask anyone to do so, some guests like to bring items for our prize drawing, such as flowers, gift cards, products, etc. All guests will be given a ticket for the raffle-style prize drawing at registration.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: There will be "Announcement" forms on the tables that you can fill out and give to your table host. After the speaker is done, there will be time for table hosts to share all announcements with the group.
