Kathlynn speaks to thousands of people each year, sharing her passion for the “human side of business” and helps individuals uncover the secrets of earning a living without sacrificing living potential, play nicely in the sandbox (which we call the workplace), and fully engage in life – personally and professionally.

Kathlynn McConnell is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), a Certified Professional Coach, full-time Director of Learning and Development at Members Cooperative Credit Union, and the Chief Refueling Officer (CRO)/President /Owner of Lifestyle Consulting Services.

She is an active member and past board member of the Association for Talent Development- Lake Superior Chapter, passionately engaged with EWN ( Empowered Women’s Network), and serves in a variety of capacities in many other community and professional organizations.
