About the event
What would it feel like to have a road map to hone your leadership skills? What change could you affect in your team or organization if you knew what the four needs of followers were? Over 23 million people are enjoying this "road map," and it's called CliftonStrengths. We'll take a high-level look at what makes a talent a "Strength," and we'll discuss EXACTLY what followers need from you for powerful leadership. (CliftonStrengths assessment is not necessary for this training.)
About Our Speaker
Spanning over two decades, Lori worked as a saleswoman, sales leader, and business owner. She is a wife of 24 years to Chad, along with being a mom to Max, 21, and Zach, 18. Her position as a leader in the direct sales industry included recruiting, training, and coaching other leaders, all while helping each person grow their own business. She's helped many mediocre teams become exceptional, and hundreds of women step into their own unique greatness.
Currently, she owns Codavision, LLC, which is a sales coaching and leadership development consulting firm. Her specialty niche is in growing revenue through business development and Sales Manager leadership coaching. Lori recently relocated to Island Lake, after raising her family in the Lakeside neighborhood in Duluth. An avid outdoor fanatic, she is excited to do even more cross-country skiing, biking, hiking, AND snowmobiling this winter.
This is her MISSION: To coach and guide leaders to develop their people, while also creating sustainable growth and success in their team or business.
MEAL SERVICE: Our venue allows us to bring in outside food, so we invite you to BYOL - Bring Your Own Lunch! Coffee and water will be available. If desired, you may bring your own food and beverage, such as a bagged lunch or take-out meal. Dessert will be provided for all by our November Dessert Sponsor, Mayne Design.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: There will be "Announcement" forms on the tables that you can fill out and give to your table host. After the speaker is done, there will be time for table hosts to share all announcements with the group. After the meeting, your announcement will be posted on our Facebook page at facebook.com/ewnnorthland and in our EWN Members Facebook Group: EWN Conversations & Connections.
MEMBERSHIP: We are updating our membership terms to make it easier for all to track and maintain. Instead of annual memberships that renew on January 1 each year, you may now purchase a one-year ($40) or recurring membership ($35/year) on any date, and it will be good for one year from that date. The recurring membership will automatically renew each year using your entered payment method until you cancel. Cancel at any time! We will have a "First Choice" prize drawing for all of the people that signed up for membership in the month prior to each meeting. Visit our website to learn more: ewnnorthland.com/membership.
COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS: Our venue, Country Inn and Suites, has a large conference room that will allow plenty of space for social distancing. Masks are recommended, but not required. Hand sanitizer will be available.
